He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Rowland and Golda Rowland (Veach); his siblings, Lowell, Jack, Don Rowland, LaVee Mathes, Melba Rowland and Janetta Smith; and his great grandchild Jack Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Schiller; his children, Shane Rowland (Debra Brantner) of Queen City, Tracy Koger (Kelvin) of Queen City and Billy Rowland of St. Peters, MO; his stepchildren, Kara Chrisman, Alisha Dobbs and Scott Koger; his grandchildren, Andrew Strunk, Landon Rowland, Erin, Brisco Schaefer and Corbin Rowland; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Ciara Chrisman, Kaydence and Madilyn Dodds; his great grandchildren, Ryley Strunk and Jaxon Strunk; and his siblings, Loren Rowland (Bill) and Loretta Cherry of Queen City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
