He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Leroy and Goldie Bell Kramer (Bowen); his siblings, Lucky Kramer, Joe Kramer, Leroy Kramer, Danny Kramer, Wanda Shaw, Norma Mathes and Nancy Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Don Shaw, Larry Colton, Harold Mathes, Bill Perry, Elaine Kramer and Connie Kramer.
He is survived by: his former spouse Pat Harsha; his spouse Luetta Schafer; his children, Andrew Kramer (Stacey) of Queen City, Preston Kramer (Hailey) of Vichy and Jamasa Huntley (Todd) of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Paige Kramer of Kansas City, Grace Kramer of Queen City, Lauren Kramer of Springfield, Pierce Kramer of Vichy and Owen Huntley of Kansas City, Missouri; and his siblings, David Kramer of Lancaster and Sharon Colton of Columbia, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends.
A memorial has been established for the Schuyler County R-1 High School Booster Club.
