He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Wilma Jean Western (Barnett); and his granddaughter Rachel Ann Morris. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Vincent; his son John David Western (David Lee Barker); his stepgrandson Matthew Lee Barker of Paxton, IL; his daughter Sara Ann; his son-in-law Randy Morris; and his granddaughters, Lauren Beth and Jacie Marie Morris of Queen City. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
