He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Roosevelt and Elsie Oliver (Collins); his wife Maudie Oliver of Virginia; his son James Richard Oliver; and his siblings, Charles Oliver, Dorothy Dufur, Gene Oliver and Mary White.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Ronald Jr., Maudie Rhonda, Ronnie Oliver (Beverly) of Glenwood and Rhonda Ebert (Brad) of Downing, Missouri; his grandchildren, Nicholas Oliver (Megan) of Glenwood, Matthew Oliver of Glenwood, Christopher Oliver (Mallory) of Lancaster, Brandon Ebert (Jennifer) of Columbia, Benjamin Ebert (Lindsey) of Ottumwa, Jacqueline Erwin (Travis) of Kirksville and Brock Ebert (Kristine) of Kirksville, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Libby, Colin, Mason Oliver, Makinley Oliver, Edie, Olive Ebert, Emmy, Kami Ebert, Rory, Aidan Erwin, Abigail and Alex Ebert; and his siblings, Joyce McCormick of Illinois, Robert Oliver (Gwenda) of Queen City, James Oliver (Lynn), Gerald Oliver (Cheryl) of Queen City, Linda Baker of Queen City and Patti Sparks (Mike) of Queen City, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
