He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Monroe and Susan Violet McElhinney (Burgin). He is survived by: his wife Judy McElhinney of Unionville, Missouri; his children, Ron McElhinney (Lori) of Lancaster and Ronda Probasco (Jeff Ballanger) of Moulton, Iowa; his grandchildren, Lucas McElhinney (Haley) of Lancaster, Whitney Rigdon (Ethan) of Lancaster, David Probasco of Moulton and Haley Probasco of Moulton, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Brenton, Sophie, Chayton Thomas, Drake Macomber, Brantlee, Brinklee McElhinney, Oakley Rockhold and Ryder Rigdon; and his sisters, Mildred Kiser (Wendel) of Kirksville and Joyce Hill (Richard) of Unionville, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
