He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Marion Carl (Melissa) of Jackson, Missouri, Stephanie Brown of Dexter and Tracy Sapp (Donnie Humphreys Jr) of East Prairie, Missouri; and his siblings, Robert Carl of St. Louis, Ronnie Carl of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Leslie Williams of Kansas City and Elsie Frederiksen of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
