He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Sandage (Larry) of Dexter, Cindy Bright (Jeff) of East Prairie and Laura Reynolds (Clarence) of Bloomfield, Missouri; his brother Larry Hull (Priscilla) of Old Appleton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Elisha, Hannah, Adam and Isaac; his great grandchild Kinslee Sandage; and his friends, Charles and Doris Hedsmith.
