He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy I. Hall and Lucy Johnson; his children, Carolyn Hall, Vincent Hall, Roy I. Hall III and Jennifer S. Campbell; and his siblings, Ruby Hall, Tonya Hall, Sandra Hall, Glorest Hall, Jessica Hall, Eddie L. Hall, J. W. Hall, Barry Hall and Antonio Hall. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many friends.
