It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Dever- Mitchell of Puxico, Missouri, born in Fisk, Missouri, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Sr. Dever and Alta Dever. She is survived by: her husband Doyle Mitchell; her children, Matthew, Jennifer Mitchell of Puxico, Aaron, Kelly Mitchell of Bloomfield, Ira and Michele Kelly of Fairmont, WV; her grandchildren, Micah, Jaydon, Addison and Benjamin; and her siblings, Freeman Dever, Jr. (Dorothy), Wayne Dever (Helen), Robert (Linda Dever) and Iva Wilkerson of Essexville, MI.
