She was predeceased by: her parents, Elihue B. Bowie and Eva V. Bowie; her brother Jack Bowie; and her son Richard Bowie. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth L. Hartman of Jonathon, S. B, Roberts, Clemens F. Peters II and Jackie E. Peters; and her sister Leatrice Brazil. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
