He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ham and Maude Ham (Henry); his wife Doris Jean Beck; his siblings, Ardell, Sylvester, Sherman, Clarence, Janave, Edith, Gladys and Goldie; his son Gerald Wayne; and his great grandchild Ryan.
He is survived by: his family Meddie; his sister Nellie Berens; his children, Karen Sue Stroup (Weldon), Mark Steven Ham (Marilyn), Carol Anne Caldwell (Loran) and Jeannie Gray (Vincent); his grandchildren, Kevin Ham, Heather Ham, Tori Ham, Cassie Ham, Leslie Smith, Lindsay Ham, Jared Caldwell, Justin Caldwell, Sara Stroup, Lori Stieferman, Eden Jordan and Micah Gray; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Tommy, Adam, MacKay, Hudson, Sawyer, Kate, Stetson, Lexi, Bentley, Kameron, Kaitlyn, Garrett, Colton, Maddy, Mallori, Mason, Kaylee and Rylee.
