She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Vardell and Edna Vardell; her husband Martin Tetley; and her siblings, Brady Vardell (Hazel), Stella Peters (Dwight), JC Vardell (Mavis) and Loretta Roach (John).
She is survived by: her family Lucy; her daughters, Edna Tetley, Cynthia Brooks (Kevin) and Sandra Bolton (John); her grandchildren, Kathleen Brooks (Michelle) of Samantha Brooks, J. R., Geoffrey Bolton (Mary Kathleen), Ryan Bolton (Christine), Nathan Bolton and Timothy Bolton; and her great grandchildren, Colleen Appelbaum, Levi Bolton, Everett Bolton, Joel Bolton, Gavin Bolton and Birdie Bolton. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
