He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Norris and Elsie Sifford Norris; his siblings, Russell Norris and Vera Almond; and his grandson Jimmie Dale Norris III.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Jean Pruett; his children, Jimmie Dale Norris Jr. (Nancy), Daniel Norris (Angie) of Cedar Hill, Missouri and Mary Fields (David) of Farmers Branch, Texas; his sister Floella Deardorff of Aid, Missouri; his grandchildren, Hannah Bedrosian, Dani Agre, Madison Norris, Connor Fields and McKaylee Norris; and his great grandchildren, Luca Bedrosian and Edith Bedrosian. He is also survived by one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
