He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Hopkins and Margie Bernice Hopkins (Alford); and his siblings, Carl, Keith, James Hopkins and Sheila Garvey.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Cannon of Puxico and Traci Fritch of Wappapello; his grandchildren, Troy Dempsey (Carlissa) of Wappapello, Samantha Dempsey of Puxico, Angela Howell (Brandon) of Wappapello, Desiree Cannon of Poplar Bluff and Kenny Cannon of Phoenix, Arizona; and his siblings, Bobby Hopkins of Dexter, Dennis Hopkins of Bloomfield, Charles Hopkins of St. Charles, Mary Conner of Bernie, Jelane Hickson of Circle City, Sue Bratcher of Matthews, Sherry Branum of St. Louis and Darlene Case of Dudley. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
