He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carter; his children, Charles Burns (Tina) of Puxico, Missouri, Tanya Baugus (Russell) of Ellsinore, Missouri and Courtni Wirz (Chris) of Puxico, Missouri; his sister Beverly Payne (George) of McGee, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brandon Law (Hannah), Maddyson Holloway, Bailey Burns, Byron Gross, William Baugus, Jax Wirz, Bryson Burns and Tessa Wirz; his great grandchildren, Blaze, Daisy and Carter; and his friends, Cindy, Randy and Jarrett Martin.
