She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Lestie and Minnie Aline O'Neal (Mossman); her significant other William Bill McCullar; her siblings, Freeman Lestie O'Neal, Lois Caldwell, Shirley Bolin, Fernie Julius, Virginia Spears and Loreda Janson; and her grandson William McCullar.
She is survived by: her children, William McCullar (Visnja) of St. Louis, Tammy Ludwig (Dennis) of St. Louis, Missouri and Tanya Caito (Joe) of Eureka, Missouri; her brothers, Donald Gene O'Neal (Dorothy) and Thurman Russell O'Neal of Puxico, Missouri; her grandchild Cassidy Ludwig; and her brothers, Tyler Ludwig, Ethan McCullar, Gordon McCullar, Evan Caito and Gavin Caito. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren as well a host of family and friends.
