He was predeceased by: his parents, Ona Woods Williford and Grady William Williford; and his brothers, Billy West McIntosh, Bobby Williford and Dale Williford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Becky O'Neill (Billy) of Houston and Fenton Williford (Shannon) of Wingo, Kentucky.; his wife Luella Krebs Williford; his children, Grady Williford Jr. of Matthews, Robert Williford (Cricket) of West Frankfurt, David Williford of East Prairie, Angie Watson of East Prairie and Darrell Abner (Cheryl) of Sikeston; his grandchildren, Rachel Macchiaverno, Scott Williford, Allen Williford, Alexandra Morris, Megan Watson, Jason Abner and Kersten Abner; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Williford, Jordan Williford, Shep Morris, Blaze Tibbs, Hazen Tibbs and Swade Tibbs.
