He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Foster and Suzie Foster; his daughter Lana Sue Conner; and his siblings, Harlan, Junior Foster, Mary Woolly, Joann Foster and Charlene Griffen.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Rhea Crews; his son George Andrew Foster (Amanda) of Puxico; his son-in-law Carl Junior Conner of Puxico; his daughters, Belinda Kay Delay (Victor) of Acorn Ridge, Missouri and Michelle Lee Layman (James) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Josh Delay (Kasie), Samantha Ford (Derek), Ben Conner, Brittany Chasteen (Drew), Camille Carter, Quinn Carter, Keaton Carter, Nolan, Chloey, Kinsley, Maxx and Lincoln Foster; his sister Katherine Ruble of Kansas City, Missouri; and his friend George Sifford. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
