Larry Womington (Jerrie) of Monett, Helen Marie Roller (Rick) of Purdy and Mary Ann Terry (Steve) of Purdy; her grandchildren, Chad Wormington (Beth) of Purdy, Corey Wormington (Noelys) of Purdy, Aaron Wormington (Ashley) of Lead Hill, AR, Jared Wormington (Karla) of Purdy, Zach Wormington of Monett, Dr. Jason Terry (Angela) of Nashville, TN, Kevin Terry (Ashley) of Monett, Stacy Johnson (Curtis) of Pierce City, Kristy Cook (Kevin) of Purdy, Tammie Resz (Randy) of Park Hill, OK, Larynn Wormington of Monett and Abbie Wormington of Monett; her great grandchildren, Brad, Eli, Audie Hutson, Helen, Noah, Joshua, Asher Wormington, Emery, Ellis, Drew, Regg Wormington and Judson Terry; and her siblings, Paul Lamp (Lisa) of Verona and Jo Hayward (Jim) of Verona.
