Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathy Lea Wormington of Purdy, Missouri, born in Exeter, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 78, on October 20, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Roblyer and Velma Roblyer (Hooten); her husband Rayburn; and her sisters, Robby, Shirley and Carlene Roblyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Courtney Cullers (Kelly) of Aurora and Kip Cullers (Michelle) of Purdy, Missouri; her stepdaughter Dana Creek (Dave) of Springdale, Arkansas; her sister Jacki Stephens of Monett, Missouri; and her nieces, Jamie Edie (Chuck) and Jatha Roller (Brad). She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations for Kathy may be made to the Berean Christian Academy in Monett, Missouri.
