She is survived by: her children, Lee Haworth of Purdy, Missouri and Janice Ray (Ernie) of Purdy, Missouri; her siblings, James Sparkman (Darla) of Exeter, Missouri and Phyllis Henbest (Keith) of Katy, Texas; her grandchildren, Amanda Miller (Justin) of Purdy and James Ray (Tina) of Purdy; and her great grandchildren, Aubry, Cason, Weston, Elijah, Ellee and Isaiah. She is also survived by her family, especially the grandkids and great grandkids.
