She is survived by: her spouse James Smallwood; and her children, James Smallwood (Debbie) of Eureka Springs, Boyce Smallwood (Mona) of Seligman, Teddy Smallwood (Leann) of Seligman, Perry Smallwood of Purdy, Jerry Smallwood (Becky) of Eureka Springs, Janice Henry (James, Donna Reed) of Cassville, Missouri and Darla Reed (David) of Cassville, Missouri. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
