He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Wormington and Ollie Wormington (Henderson). He is survived by: his children, Charles Duane Wormington (Angela) of Alpena, Arkansas, Leta Dunlap of Pierce City and Rhonda McFarland (Bob) of Stella, Missouri; and his siblings, Cecil Wormington of Purdy, Darlene Neill of Purdy, Lou Mahurin of Purdy and Margaret Moller of Verona. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
