She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Viola; her husband Max Helms; her brothers, John Keith, H. Clay and Herman Jones; her grandson Christopher Helms; and her son-in-law Jim Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Helms of Riverside, MO, Randy Helms (Dori) of Marietta, GA and Sara Sayre of Corinth, MS.; her grandchildren, Aaron Helms, Bryan Helms, John, Jesica, Lindsey and Cory Hollon (Amy); and her sister Nona Hopper of Macon, MO. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
