She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skudlark and Bernice Skudlark (Decoster); and her sister Judy Skudlark. She is survived by: her husband William L. Hess; her children, William G. Hess of Protem, MO and Diana C. Flener (Chris) of Berea; her sisters, Karen Thompson, Susan Skudlark and Lona Jeck; and her sisters-in-law, Betty O'Hearn, Melanie Hess and Frenda Hess.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bartholomew Funeral Home (102 Monroe St, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
