He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Arthur Whisler and Avis Lorene Whisler (Downey) of Princeton, Missouri.; his wife Karen Ann Warner; his siblings, Mary Kirby and Dale Whisler; and his grandchildren, Colin Whisler and Sarah Whisler.
He is survived by: his sons, Leslie Whisler (Les) of Kansas City, MO and Marcus Whisler (Mark) of Osborn, MO; and his granddaughter Madison Thramer of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
