He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lee and Belva May Stottlemyre McCullough; his wife Betty Jean Hamilton; his son Daniel Lee McCullough; and his brothers, Cecil and Hershel McCullough.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Tate of Snohomish, WA; and his grandchildren, Angela Keenom (Mikie) of Danbury, TX, Kimberly Stahlke (Paul) of Lake Stevens, WA, Ryan McCullough and Drew McCullough of Overland Park, KS.
