He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Eugene "Gene" and Lucy Gay Vanderpool (Minshall); his son Tyson; and his siblings, Roy "Pete", C. W. and Karen Overton.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Lea Conner of Newtown; his son Clint Vanderpool of Hollister, MO; his granddaughter Kohner Vanderpool of Forsyth, MO; and his brother Marvin Vanderpool (Shirley) of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (504 W Main St, Princeton, MO 64673).
