He is survived by: his children, Linda Dusenbery (James) of Princeton, MO, Amanda Gee (Paul), Rebecca Bottens (Erik), Bryan Koch (Julie) and Eric Koch; and his brothers, Raymond (Lynnette) of Kansas, Larry (Lorene) of Kansas and Gary Koch (Pat) of Kansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
