He was predeceased by: his parents, David Houk and Helen Logsdon; his siblings, Lela McClafin, Laura Jane Martin (Yankee) and David Houk (Crockett); his adoptive father John Bagley; and also Frank Logsdon.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Lee Houk (Stephanie), Helena Marie Becker (Jonathon) and Sierra Nicole Houk; his wife DeEtta Houk; his siblings, Steve Houk (Karen), Arthur Houk (Lavon) of Arthur, IA, Dianna Stockman (Steve) of Princeton, MO, Alice Larkins (John) of Chillicothe, MO and Sarah Bonnett (Monty) of Trenton, MO; his adoptive mother Betty Bagley of Mercer, MO; his siblings, Matthew, Steven, Rebecca, Stacy and Kristina Bagley; and his grandchildren, Mason, Meredith and Kathryn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mercer Assembly of God Church (14278 US-65, Mercer, MO 64661). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at the Early Cemetery.
