She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Frances; her husband Raymond; her daughter Patricia Ann Burnett; and her siblings, Harold Small and Mary Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Douglas Newell (Ellen) of Aurora, Henry Ray Newell of Pilot Grove, Terry Burnett of Boonville and Lynda Faye Newell of Boonville; her siblings, Paul Gene Small (Ginny) of Boonville and Nadine Meyer of Oak Grove; her grandchildren, Kim McGuire (Kevin), Angie Bishop (David), Jeremiah Newell (Tiffany), Ashley Greer and Rachel Clapham (Chris); and also Gary Sears of Malverne.
