He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nicks and Adeline Nicks (Anderson); his wife Lila J. Nicks; his brothers, Georgie, Paul and Don; and his grandson Damien.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Howard of Bailey, CO, Yvonne Osborn of Powersite, Robin Simmons of Wheat Ridge, CO, Tonnie Jenkins of Watertown, TN and Marty Osborn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
