He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Milam and Helen Milam (Quigley); and his siblings, Billy Milam, Paul Quigley and Alvina Cagle.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Mae Milam; his children, William Milam (Sandra), Barbara Aubuchon (Bob), Sandra Cartrette (Jerry), Kathryn Boyer (Greg) and Jonnie Jones (Carl); and his siblings, Minnie Rosella Rasmussen and Tom Quigley. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
