He was predeceased by: his parents, John L Eye and Sarah Jane Eye (Kathcart); his grandson Jake Eye; his siblings, Donald, Oval, Elza, Sloman Eye, Doris Fenstermaker, Mildred Reed, Lela Kendall, Grace Vaughn and Norma Jane Wilkerson; his parents-in-law, Violet Eye, Opal Eye, Bonnie Eye, Ethel Eye, George Fenstermaker, Melvin Reed, Harry Kendall, Bill Wilkerson, Bob Vaughn and Vern Marler; and his friend Wayne Fitzwater.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Eye (Benson); his children, Kelly Eye (Kellie), Cindy Kopp and Natalie Eye; his stepdaughter Cassie Essmyer (Michael); his grandchildren, David Kopp (Jordan), Bonne Morgan, Lane Eye (Audrey), Spencer Moses, Olivia Thebeau, Andrew Farris (Logan), Emily Eye, Ryan, Olivia Coleman, Logan, Sophie and Chloe Essmyer; his great grandchildren, Rylen, Barrett, Harlan, Grayson, Lyrix, Brooklyn, Jaxson, Brayden, Grant, Alexa, Annie, Conner, Evelyn, Titus, Jude and Blair; his brothers, Sam Eye (Sarah) and Michael Eye (Sherrie Cresswell); his parents-in-law, Jack Wilkerson, Mike, Lana Vandergriff, Brenda Marler, Dave, Karen Benson, Pat, Jill DeClue, Jeff and Tammy Benson; his brother Robinson; and his former wife Darlene Shrum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
