He is survived by: his wife Glenda Coleman; his children, Kimberly Ann Blair, Angela Dawn Brown (Ada), Jeffrey Wayne Blair (Melissa) and Ona Johnston (Steven); his grandchildren, Tyler, Alexandria, Noah (Aliyah), Konnor, Emma, Chase and Rylee; his great great grandchild Maddison; his siblings, Rick Blair (Sherri) and Tami Portell (Larry); and his brother-in-law Mike Eye (Sherrie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
