She is survived by: her husband Donald Kassabaum; her children, Kara Helms (Tyler Green), Matt Helms (April) and Krista Weirich (Aaron); her grandchildren, Alissa, Ryan, Brady Bennett, Tucker, Cooper, Melayna Green, Dylan, Clayton, Ava Helms, Dustin, Kyle Bishop and Alex Martin; and her great grandchildren, Lila Bennett, Brylee Bishop and Charlee Bishop. She is also survived by two sisters and one brother; nieces, nephews, in-laws, and extended family.
