He is survived by: his mother Catherine Kay (Neff); his daughter Addison; his sister Holly Kay (Lee Coleman); his nieces, Shalyn, Madison and Savanna (Brayden); his uncles, Albert Neff, Eugene Neff and Jimmy Neff; and his girlfriend Patricia O'Brien. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
