He is survived by: his wife Tonia Pepper (Fuller); his children, Destiny Pepper of Potosi, Missouri, Michael Pierce (Roxanne) of Potosi, Richard Pierce, Kenneth Pierce of Potosi and Paul Pierce (Sophia) of Richwoods, Missouri; and his siblings, Michael Pepper (Linda) and Beth Ann Holter (Scott) of Hallsferry, Connecticut. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many other relatives and friends.
