He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skaggs and Myrtle Louise Skaggs (Emily); his wife Paula Skaggs (Shahan); his grandsons, Shawn and Kodi Humphrey; and his siblings, Raymond Skaggs, Abraham "Sonny" Skaggs, Eddie Skaggs and Leon Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Sebourn (Michele) and Michael Skaggs (Angela); his granddaughter Samantha Edmond; and his great grandchildren, Kodi Humphrey, Kinzley Humphrey, Leo Humphrey and Sylvie Knott. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664).
