He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cain and Allie Sansoucie (Skaggs); his wife Joyce Cain; his stepmother Maudie Cain; and his siblings, John Cain, Everett Cain, David Skaggs, Wyman Cain, Bob Cain, Pete "Roy David" Cain, Donald Cain, Alma Sheridan and Debrah Eckhoff.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Ricky" Cain (Amanda), Teresa McGrael (Brian), Angel Cain (Brandon Stone) and Tammy Cain (Daniel Rutludge); and his siblings, Larry Skaggs, Irene Kearns (Will), Brenda Castillo (Jerry), Joyce Cain, Anna Grupe (Dane) and Linda Winick (Chuck).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the New Diggins Cemetery.
