He was predeceased by: his parents, Mastin Roth and Marie Roth. He is survived by: his wife Doris Roth (Forsythe); his daughters, Cindy Pfister (Joe) and Karen Burke (Mark); and his siblings, William "Bill" Roth, Sylvia Howell and Mary Ann Estaque (Steve Goldfarb). He is also survived by his family, friends.
