He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anthony Rath and Dorothy Marie Rath (Meyer); his wife Patricia Ann Rath (Roscoe); his sons, Robert Rath, Jr. and Michael Rath; his son-in-law Bobbie Warden; his grandson Derek Joseph Hayes; and his sister Betty Jane Dowling.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Warden (Tom), Karen Warden, Carol Belfield (Don), Jody Missey (Ron) and Janet Hayes (Allen). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family.
