He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma and David O'Neail; and his sister LaDonna Camden. He is survived by: his son James Wheeler; his grandson Xavier Wheeler; his siblings, Paula Link, David O'Neail, Jr. (Paula) and Charlene Case (Jerry); his nephews, Chris Vandergriff (Jenni) and Gary Vandergriff (Cindy); and his aunt Edna Goodson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM.
Randy Lee Mosier-O'Neail will be remembered for his contributions to his community, his love of family, and the joy he found in the simple pleasures of life.
