She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan George Kathcart and Gladys Marie Kathcart (Kimberlin); her husband Carl Vance; her daughter Carla J. Vance; her siblings, Debbie Belfield, Marian "Kitty" Rolens, Patsy Kathcart and Robert "Bob" Kathcart; and her brothers-in-law, Wesley "Wes" Forrester and Richard Belfield.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Harris (John) of St. Charles, Missouri and Greg Vance (Toby) of St. Charles, Missouri; her sisters, Sharon Forrester of Potosi and Glenda Farrow (Perry) of Potosi; her siblings-in-law, Jean Roberson (Ross) of Mineral Point and Leroy Rolens; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Katie, Michael and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Morgan and Caleb Wyatt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
