She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Coleman and Dolly Coleman (Chamberlain); her son Scott Portell (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Blake Portell, Karsten Michael Portell and Lindsey Portell; her sisters, Pat Bourbon and Brickey Coleman; her brothers-in-law, Randy "Toog" Portell and Francis "Bunny" Portell; her husband Charles Portell; her son Christopher Portell; and her brother Joe Coleman. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the St. Joachim Cemetery.
