She is survived by: her husband Charles Paul Downen; her children, Johnese Underwood, Johnny Underwood, Jr., Brandi, Angel Cain, Brandon Stone, Tammy Drennen (Cain) and Daniel Rutledge; her stepchildren, Tori Harrington, Racheal Wright, Josh Gurley, Teresa, Brian McGrael, Ricky and Amanda Cain; her grandchildren, Jayden, Kaylee, Gavin, Paisley, Eliana, Ezekiel, Johnny, Logan, Skylar, Kirsten, Amber and Jennifer; her stepgrandchildren, Christin, Sarah and Xavier; her great grandchildren, Parker, Braelynn and Evan; and her siblings, Kathy Cain, Ruby Daring, Evelyn Harr-Ames, Raymond Harr and Eddy Harr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
