She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Boyster and Mary Evelyn Boyster (Revelle); her husband Vern Wade; her daughters, Stacie Jo and Becca; her siblings, Leonard Boyster (Reva), Junior Boyster (Elsie), Bob Boyster, Bill Boyster (Rose), Jackie Boyster, Edward Boyster, Lettie Mae Richards (Walt) and Peggy Boyster; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Boyster, Linda Scott and Floyd Lee Wade.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Wade (Tiffany), Corey and Brandon; her adoptive son Kevin King; her grandchildren, Elijah Kean, Garrett Bjork (Kiersten), Madison Nichols, Matthew Wade and Dylan Wade; her great grandchildren, Ezekiel Kean, Milani Nichols, Mila Nichols, William Bjork and Olivia Bjork; and her siblings, Patsy Govero, Nancy Bouse, Debbie Skaggs (Dan), Ronnie Boyster (Betty) and Johnny Boyster (Carol). She is also survived by several extended family and friends.
