He was predeceased by: his parents, Laymon Jasper Hollinsworth and Allie Francis Hollinsworth (Matchell); his spouse Shirley Hollinsworth (Morgan); his great grandchild Willow Kley; and his siblings, Violet Prater, Juanita Smith, Betty Hollinsworth, Jesse Callahan, James Callahan and Paul Hollinsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Saunders (John) of Potosi, Robin Hollinsworth of Potosi, Belinda Richards (J. D.) of Potosi, Rick Hollinsworth (Cindy) of Potosi and Tony Hollinsworth (Sondra) of Potosi; and his siblings, Faye Jarvis (Leroy) of Mineral Point, Johnny Hollinsworth (Wanda) of Xenia and Bob Hollinsworth (Jeannie) of Potosi. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear and special friends.
