She is survived by: her children, Katie Mayo and Shaun Relken; her grandchildren, Chyenne, J'naya, Jayln, Kamron, Amiyah, Cassidy and Sawyer; and her cousin Connie Smith (Phillip). She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren.
