She was predeceased by: her parents, Lennie DeClue and Ethel DeClue (Cain); and her brothers, Edward DeClue and Richard DeClue. She is survived by: her children, Brandi Cook (Kenny), Brad Drennen (Heather) and Heidi Schrum (Kermitt); her grandchildren, Katelyn, Jonathan, Dylan, Alivia, Kailey, Matthew, Lydia, Abigail, Olivia, Madelyn, Gage and Emma; her siblings, Tina Williams (Randy), Mickey DeClue (Paula), Timothy DeClue, Kelly Isgriggs (Rex) and Rhonda Gonzalez; and her great-niece Kinslie DeClue.
She loved working with residents especially those battling Alzheimer's and Huntington's disease.
